Shramqo
Inc. has created a conceptual master plan and concept design
for re-development project of famous SUN-PARK
(Chaoyang Park) that covers 320 hectares (790. 72 acres), including
67 hectares (165. 6 acres) of water space, near the embassy quarters
area in eastern Beijing. |

Shramqo
Inc. team came up with a solution that is synthesis of rigorous
analysis, economic realism, environmental responsibility, and cultural
awareness. The new concept strategy was to bring the life of the
city into the park, while preserving and improving vast green and
water recreational areas. A vibrant and dynamic central Entertainment
Street with intense “city” atmosphere will divide the
SUN-PARK into two
distinct areas. Southern part will contain the Heritage Garden with
several preserved historic buildings, Art Colony and a Sports Center.
The Northern part of the park will house a medium size Theme Park
that will seamlessly blend with surrounding recreational green areas
and water sports marina. |
