Shramqo
Inc. has designed a special FX lighting show for city’s
landmark structure – the Tianjin
TV Tower in China. The recurring evening lighting
show will give dynamic, yet sophisticated character to the city’s
most prominent building. An array of LED “sparklers”
will run on the edge of tower’s screen walls. The base of
the tower will contain a circular array of spotlights aimed up the
shaft of the tower that will be fixed in one color (amber gold)
and one direction, but be able to “splay” in multiple
directions at one time for special events. At the lower linear edge
of each of the two microwave antenna platforms will be placed a
linear fiber optic light source that simulates the look of neon.
The lighting show, visible from far distance, will dominate the
city’s skyline in elegant way, preserving the original character
of the tower design. |
