team has designed a shopping village with various retail and dining
venues – The BUTTERFIELD RANCH.
The shopping center is designed in “ranch style” traditionally
linked to the location. The overall planning strategy was to design
a place with feel of the small agrarian community with warm atmosphere
and rich heritage. The complex is developed around village’s
central square with series of narrow streets, open farmer’s
markets, general stores, street cafes and restaurants. BUTTERFIELD
RANCH will host a number of annual events including
harvest seasons and traditional family holidays. |
